And the plot thickens: McCain birth checked but Obama's not.

According to author Mario Apuzzo, the lawyer handling the case to remove "Barack Obama"  due to ineligibility, Congress questioned Sen. John McCain on his eligibility for president but didn't do anything for Barack.

Now if this was the corporate world I could through the unfair treatment card and have Human Resources up in arms looking for blood but in this case it looks like congress is doing jack.

I sent two letters to my senators who which I received the same form letter regarding this issue.

           The qualifications required to take the oath of office as president are defined in the U.S. Constitution under Article II, Section 1. Specifically, the Constitution requires that a person must be at least 35 years old, have been a resident within the United States for 14 years, and be a natural born citizen. I appreciate your concerns. Last December, the U.S. Supreme Court turned down an emergency appeal charging that Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen.

Both of my Senators sent me pretty much the exact same form document. Coincidence or coverop? Time will tell.
